Your visits may include additional services based on your cat’s needs, however our typical visit includes:
- Litter tray care: Scooping, full changes, cleaning and freshening liners
- Feeding: Bowl washing, fresh wet food or biscuit top-ups, and setting food timers
- Fresh water: Bowl or fountain cleaning, full changes, filter changes or a quick top-up
- Medication: Tablets, insulin injections, liquid medicine or powder supplements
- Cat touch-ups: Brushing or wiping eyes
- Playtime or quiet company: Quality time with your cat, however they prefer. From our pre-visit, we’ll know if they’re looking for an energetic pay session with their favourite toys, or if they’d prefer someone to sit with them quietly for company.
- Day-to-day home care: Opening and closing curtains, turning lights on and off, setting alarms, bringing in and taking out bins, and watering plants

We are also able to offer bulk-buy visit packages and discounts for long-stays.
Visits on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day are charged at 2x the normal rate.

Sophy has a talent for bonding with anxious or nervous cats, using patience and gentle techniques to help them feel safe and comfortable. Fiona
Fiona is a lifelong cat lover and cat owner, and is currently cat mum to a 10kg Maine Coon and a beautiful Birman. Her experience with these two very different breeds has given her excellent insight into understanding varied cat personalities and needs. Fiona has a calm, reassuring presence that cats respond well to, and she’s particularly skilled at reading feline body language to ensure every cat feels relaxed during visits. We’ll then respond with our availability, more information on our service and provide a price for your requested visits.
If you’re happy to go ahead with us, we’ll onboard you to our Time to Pet app, and secure your booking in our diary.
We’ll visit your home to meet you and your cat, learn about their routine, personality, likes and dislikes. We’ll go through where everything is kept, discuss any special requirements and answer any questions you may have. This is typically done close to your time away, and is when we’d collect the keys from you.
This pre-visit is free and arranged at a time to suit you. We’re happy to meet you before, or after you’ve decided to use us as your cat sitter.
While you’re away, we’ll care for your cat following the routine we discussed. We can send you photos and updates after every single visit, so you can see how happy and content your cat is.
At any time during our booking, you can get in touch with your sitter if you have any questions or any requests.
When you return, you’ll find a happy, well-cared-for cat and a tidy home.
