We are a team of passionate cat lovers based in Knutsford, Cheshire. Our aim is to provide quality care, tailored to your cats.

Cat Sitters of Knutsford

Following years of experience in cat ownership and sitting, Cat Sitters of Knutsford was founded by true cat lover Sophy.

Sophy saw there was an opportunity to provide an alternative option to a cattery, offering cat-only sitting services to the Cheshire and Greater Manchester areas that had a truly bespoke feel.

We’re based in Knutsford, and cover the following areas: Knutsford, Mobberley, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Warford, Chelford, Marthall, Tabley, Over Peover, Lower Peover, Plumley, Pickmere, Ollerton, Arley and High Legh.

Meet Sophy

Sophy has been enthusiastic about cats all her life and has a natural way with them. She has previously volunteered at the Cats Protection. In her cat-sitting experience she has taken care of a variety of cats from playful kittens to quiet, shy adults. Sophy bonds well with most cats she meets and create a true friendship with them.

Outside of cats, Sophy enjoys gardening – albeit indoor gardening, and also motorsport.

Meet Fiona

Fiona is a life-long cat lover and cat owner and is currently cat mum to a 10kg Maine Coon and a beautiful Birman.

Outside of cats, Fiona plays the saxophone and is a member of a saxophone orchestra.

I highly recommend Sophy, her own app makes communication super easy, the twice daily thorough updates on this were fantastic. A report which tells you what’s been topped up / refreshed and general needs attended, then a write up with lots of pictures and videos.
Sophy is very much a ‘cat lady’ and understood all our cat needed. We had not been away for a long time due to various reasons so have been quite apprehensive to leave our cat alone as this was his first time without his cat companion too so had taken the time to research to make sure we chose the right sitter, I knew straight away after meeting Sophy for an introduction visit that we would be in safe hands.

Absolutely the best cat sitter we have ever had. Sophy keeps us updated well and shares lots of photos and videos with us. Our cats love her (which is quite unusual!). Sophy has looked after our cat Mose twice now and it's lovely to know he's looked after so well while we're away. She sends updates with photos and videos after every visit and Mose seemed to take to her straight away. Would definitely recommend!
